We ship all orders via UPS and FedEx. Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout, including:

  • Expedited Shipping
  • Overnight Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on the order weight, destination, and chosen carrier service.

2. Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from confirmed payment.
  • Expedited processing is available for an additional fee.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Same Day Delivery

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please take the following steps:

  2. File a claim directly with UPS or FedEx, as carriers are responsible for shipping-related losses or damages.
  3. We will assist you in resolving the matter but are not liable for any losses caused by shipping carriers.

7. Undeliverable or Return-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We will contact the confirmed purchaser to verify the correct shipping address.
  • If a reshipment is required, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required by the carrier.
  • If no response is received within 30 days, we will issue a refund minus:
    • A restocking fee
    • Any credit card processing fees
    • The original shipping costs
