• Shipping Policy: We only ship within the United States. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

• Warranty: All warranties are provided directly by the product manufacturer. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those set forth by the manufacturer.
• Defective Products: Customers must report any defective or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery by emailing service@stonetechsolutionsna.com with supporting photos and details.
