Thank you for shopping with StoneTech Solutions LLC. We are committed to providing high-quality specialized stone fabrication tools, blades, and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused products that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in good condition.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
  • Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at service@stonetechsolutionsna.com. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

2. Refund and Restocking Fees

  • Returns within 14 days of delivery → Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Returns within 30 days of delivery → Eligible for store credit only.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns, deducted from the refund or store credit amount.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to buyer preference (e.g., incorrect size, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  • Email service@stonetechsolutionsna.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include a detailed explanation, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Items returned without an RMA
  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by improper handling

7. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the return eligibility.

8. Price Adjustments & International Orders

  • We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
  • We do not accept returns from international customers as we do not sell internationally.
